Effective mechanisms are in place to monitor and measure Customer Satisfaction so that AIL achieves its commitment to continual Improvement by following ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

Knowledge & experience gathered from different fields are shared to get the win-win situation. The management is keen to thread on whatever opportunities available by venturing into allied fields by taking up turn-key assignments.

All processes employed by AIL to manufacture & deliver products are determined, resourced appropriately, documented, monitored and measured to ensure conformance to:

c) Applicable Statutory & Regulatory Requirements.

The Quality Policy and Objectives shall be communicated and understood within the organization and reviewed by Management regularly for their continuing suitability.

• EOT/Hydra for easy material movement.
• Packing & storage of finished goods.
