Aluminum Recycling Plant

AIL offered system for melting of aluminum scrap using tilting type Skelner furnace. Skelner furnace is carbon steel furnace insulated with refractory Bricks. Raw material is feed to Skelner furnace through Pusher arrangement. Raw material is melted initially at 700+- 30®C in the furnace. After melting flux should be added and dross removed after drossing, material like iron, steel should be removed from molten bath. To check the composition of molten metal draw bath sample and Check for Si, Cu, Mg, Zn, Fe, Ni, Pb and other element percentage in Bath. Required quantity of silicon/copper and other chemical should be added into the molten bath to maintain the composition as per customer requirement and mix it properly. Take bath sample again and check the composition.

Scrubbing system is provided to main PPM level in flue gases .To process for ingot casting, Sample of Aluminum bath is taken and cut on lathe machine for chemical composition checking. If we found the sample ok with our requirement, process molten metal for casting. Launder Arrangement is offered for discharge of molten metal from furnace. Material is transfer to ingot casting machine though refractory insulated launder arrangement and provide clean finished product

Blocks (Tense/Trump)	Aluminum blocks free of contaminants (iron and others) with a maximum 2% content in oil and/or lubricants.
Dregs (Thirl)	Aluminum residues with variable contents and recovery proportion to be agreed between seller and buyer.
Cables with steel content (Taste)	Pieces of not alloyed, used, with steel content aluminium cables.
Cables without steel content (Taste)	Pieces of not alloyed, used, without steel content aluminium cables.
Chip (Teens/Telic)	Aluminum chips from any type of alloy, with maximum 5% content of humidity/oil, free from contaminants (iron and others).
Plates (Taint/Tabor)	Pieces of plates and sheets, coated or not, with maximum 3% of content from impurities (grease, oil, screws, rivets and so on); used plates from buses and car bodies, coated or not; spray tubes (without header); cleaned TV antennas; clean beach chairs (free of plastics, rivets, screws).
Mixed Plates (Taint/Tabor)	Lining, decorative facades and clean blinds (no cords or other impurities).
Offset Plates(Tablet/Tabloid)	Loose lithographic places, new or used, from 1000 and/or 3000 series, free from paper, plastics and other impurities.
White Stamping (Taboo)	Pieces of plates and sheets without coating and other contaminants (grease, oil, screws, rivets and so on), generated in industrial activities.
Pressed cans(Taldack)	Painted, used aluminium cans, pressed at density of 400 kg/m3 and 530 kg/m³, with palletized or bales in 1,500 kg batches in average, with space for movement by forklifts, maximum 2.5% of content from impurities, contaminants and humidity.
Loose or baled cans (Talc)	Painted, used aluminium cans loose or baled in low density press (up to 100kg/m3), with maximum 2.5% content from impurities, contaminants and humidity.
Pan(Taint/Tabor)	Pans and other house utensils ("soft aluminium") free of handles - baquelite, wood and so on - and free of iron - screws, rivets and so on.
White profile (Tread)	Pieces of profiles without coating or anodized, lose or pressed, free of contaminants (iron, oil, grease and rivets).
Mixed profile (no specific identification)	Pieces of coated or anodized profiles, loose or pressed, maximum 2% of content from contaminants (iron, oil, grease and rivets).
Pistons (Tarry)	Car pistons free of pins, rings and iron-made connecting rod, with maximum 2% of content from oil and/or lubricants.
Aluminum-aluminum radiator(Taint/Tabor)	Dismounted car radiators, free of copper, "supporters" and other contaminants (plastics and iron).
Aluminum-copper radiator (Talk)	Dismounted car radiators, free "supporters" and other contaminants (plastics and iron).
White industrial plate piece for can (Take)	Pieces of industrial production of cans and caps for beverages, loose or pressed, free of coating or impurities.
Coated industrial plate piece for can (Take)	Coated pieces of industrial production of cans and caps for beverages, loose or pressed, free of coating or impurities.
Tiles (Tale)	Pieces of Aluminum-made tiles painted in one or both sides, free of iron screws or rivets, foam linings or similar.
